An exhibition of all Italian P.D.O and P.G.I cold meats is on show during the fortieth edition of the "Lard Festival" which has known how to publicise a P.D.O cold meat that has now gained nationwide notoriety.
During the day on 29 August, you will be able to taste all the best Italian delicatessen products in the typical wooden huts that have always characterised the "Lard Festival" event.
